About Natasha M. Washington
I help women restore spiritual clarity after spiritual manipulation or misleading guidance, so they can integrate what happened, get grounded again and move forward with discernment.
I’ve spent the last 17+ years working as a therapist specializing in trauma and addictions and I’ve also worked in spiritual spaces long enough to see what happens when charisma replaces ethics and followers replace proof. My work sits at the intersection of mind, body and spirit, but with boundaries, transparency and accountability at the center.
I don’t believe you should have to choose between being spiritual and being grounded. And I don’t believe confusion, shame, fear or dependency are “signs it’s working.” When someone leaves a spiritual service/container feeling destabilized, they don’t need another promise. They need integration.
