Care Without Carrying Workshop
$77.00
This workshop will be held Sunday August 23 @ 10a MST.
A live integration workshop for the woman who is tired of being needed more than she is met.
You have spent so much of your life being praised for how much you can hold.
The responsible one.
The understanding one.
The strong one.
The emotional container.
The one who knows how to show up, keep it together, make room, soften the tension, and carry what everyone else avoids.
But somewhere along the way, care stopped feeling like a choice and started feeling like a role.
Care Without Carrying is a live integration workshop designed to help you recognize where over-responsibility is still operating in your relationships, where guilt rises when you stop over-functioning, and how to begin practicing care that includes you too.
This workshop is about learning how to love without mothering, support without saving, and care without disappearing.
Inside this workshop, we will explore:
The role you were trained to carry
Where that role still shows up in your relationships, family, work, or community
Why being needed can feel like being loved
How guilt, fear, and obligation keep you over-functioning
The difference between chosen care and conditioned care
How to give back what was never yours to hold
A practical boundary, script, or self-honoring practice you can begin using immediately
By the end of the workshop, you will have language for the pattern, clarity around one place you are ready to stop carrying, and a grounded practice for choosing care without abandoning yourself.
This is for the woman who is ready to stop proving her goodness through exhaustion.
You are allowed to be nurturing without becoming responsible for everyone’s healing.
You are allowed to care deeply without carrying it all.
You are allowed to be met, too.
