Coaching & Memberships

Purchases grant a single non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Copying, sharing, reselling, or commercial distribution of materials or workbook templates is strictly prohibited.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. Session fee schedules and payment plans require punctual payment; outstanding balances may pause ongoing access.

Private coaching cancellations require 24 hours notice to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Monthly memberships auto-renew until cancelled prior to your billing cycle.

Services utilize integrated third-party tools, including Hostinger, Square, Zoom, Telegram, Designrr, scheduling, email automation, and analytics platforms. Interactions within Telegram channels or group sessions require respectful conduct; harassment or unauthorized distribution of recorded sessions will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natasha M. Washington shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of these resources.
